Industrial air purifiers
Working areas collect airborne dust, chemical contaminants and biological particles, which wears machinery out early, makes the building harder to keep clean and degrades the conditions people work in. Rejuva specifies and installs air purification and extraction equipment that is chosen for what is actually in the air of your building.
How the equipment gets chosen
Rejuva does not manufacture air purifiers and is not tied to any maker of them. The survey establishes what the building generates, where it collects and how the air currently moves, and the equipment is specified from that: units fixed where the contamination is produced, extraction points at the source where there is one, and the filter stages matched to the particle you are actually trying to catch.
Where a supplier quotes a filtration rate, ask for the test behind it. The figure depends on the filter class, on the standard it was tested to and on the conditions in the hall, and a number quoted without those three tells you nothing about your building.
What the filter stages are for
Most industrial units filter in two stages. The first takes as much of the coarse dust as it can without blocking; the second is where the fine fraction is addressed, which is the part that stays airborne longest.

Fine dust
The dust that handling, traffic and machining put into the air and that settles on stock, racking and machinery. It is the contaminant most industrial buildings are actually dealing with.

Biological particles
Occupied buildings carry bacteria and other biological particles in the air. Which filter class addresses them, and how far, is a property of the equipment specified and has to come with the manufacturer's test data.

Odours and gases
Activated carbon and comparable stages are used where the problem is smell or a gaseous contaminant rather than a particle.

Grease and oil mist
Machining and food production put oil mist into the air, which needs a stage built for it and coats everything it reaches when there is not one.

Continuous movement of goods and forklifts keeps dust airborne all day, and it settles on the stock that leaves the building.

Dust accumulating on machinery and in sensitive assemblies is a maintenance cost before it is anything else.

Airborne contamination is part of what the site's hygiene plan has to control, alongside surfaces and handling.

Pharmaceutical facilities
Air requirements here are set by the plant's own protocol and by the regulator, and equipment is specified to meet what that document says rather than the other way round.
