Rejuva exists because improving an industrial building almost never involves a single trade, and because finding, vetting and coordinating those trades is a job most facility managers were never given the time to do.
How Rejuva works
A project that starts as new racking usually turns out to need a floor survey, revised line marking, a lighting layout that matches the new aisle positions and impact protection where the traffic pattern has changed. Handled separately, that becomes four suppliers, four quotations and four sets of dates to reconcile, with whoever owns the building left to referee between them.
Rejuva takes that coordination on. We scope the project with the specialists who will actually carry it out, present it as one approach with one budget, and stay as the single point of responsibility until it is handed back. The client signs one contract and speaks to one project manager, whether the work sits in one building or in several across different countries.
The specialists themselves are a network rather than a payroll, which is deliberate. It means the firm doing your mezzanine has been building mezzanines for years instead of learning on your site, and it means the catalogue can grow towards whatever industrial buildings actually need rather than towards whatever we happen to have staff for.
