Why material handling matters
In a busy building every movement counts, and equipment that has aged out, that creates a safety problem or that does not suit the racking it works between will slow the whole operation down rather than just its own task. The pressure on a facility manager is to keep goods flowing while meeting European standards at the same time, and those two things pull against each other whenever the equipment was chosen in isolation.
Rejuva approaches the equipment as part of the building rather than as a purchase: what the aisles allow, what the racking is rated for, how the goods actually move, and only then what should be specified.
Equipment built for demanding operations
The range is selected to integrate with the racking already installed, and the choice usually comes down to how narrow the aisles are, how repetitive the movement is and how much of it there is.

Very narrow aisle trucks
Engineered for precision in confined spaces, they allow a much narrower aisle than a counterbalance truck, so that a building can hold more pallets without growing. They are specified together with the racking layout, never after it.

Automated guided vehicles
Including battery powered shuttles, these take over the repetitive movement between fixed points across a site. They earn their place where the same journey is made all day, and where consistency matters more than flexibility.

Electric tugs and tow tractors
For moving heavy wheeled loads in places where a forklift is the wrong tool or does not fit, which is common around production cells and in older buildings. The capacity is specified against the heaviest load the site actually moves.

Conveyors and pallet trucks
These carry the flow from receiving through to dispatch and are what usually decides how fast an order can be picked, which is why they are designed alongside the picking shelving rather than bolted on to it.
Equipment that has to work with what is already there
Every item is chosen to fit the operation it joins, whether that means pallet shuttles, cantilever racking or an aisle width that cannot change, because the cost of a mismatch is paid every shift rather than once at purchase.
The work is run by Rejuva's own project team and delivered with local partners in the country the building is in, to the European safety standards that apply there. What is specified today should still make sense when part of the operation is automated, which is a design question rather than a sales one.

The point of the exercise is measurable movement: goods that travel faster between the same two points, an operation that can absorb a peak without hiring for it, and equipment that can be automated in stages rather than replaced wholesale.
Safety is part of the same calculation rather than a section at the end of it. Electric tugs take the physical strain out of moving wheeled loads, narrow aisle trucks are designed for the aisle they work in rather than squeezed into it, and specifying to EN 15635 keeps the racking side of the operation ready for inspection.
Running costs follow the same logic. Newer equipment is cheaper to maintain and, where it is electric, cheaper to run, and how much cheaper depends on what it replaces and on how hard the site works it, which is what the assessment sets out to establish before anything is bought.
